Return Policy

I want everyone who buys a piece of my art to be completely satisfied and to be able to make a purchase without worry.

If the artwork has been damaged in the post please keep all packaging and refer to my full returns policy below for further details. I aim for your experience of working with me to be as smooth and positive as possible.

RETURN POLICY

Please choose your artwork carefully as returns are not accepted. All items are final sale. 

If the artwork arrives damaged

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact me immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your edition, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler. 

If you notice damage upon unpacking your artwork from RiaDasArt, contact me within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If I find that the artwork was damaged in transit and after proper evaluation, I will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).

If the artwork is intact and just the frame is damaged during transit, refund will be done for the frame alone (pictures of the same required).

For customers who have paid using PayPal, PayTM or any online wallet of payment service, the amount will be directly credited to the same service, after deducting any charges levied on the transaction by the service.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of me receiving painting back at my studio.
